For sewage removal from  living unit and house in scattered settle ment where the laying of a  conventional sewer would be too expensive,or where large ground  undulation are present, or where it is only possible to lay pipe lines  of small diameter.

For use in slaughter houses,food processing plant, paper factories, agriculture and similar areas.

  Faecal matter and  heavily polluted sewage, max. medium temperature： continuous operation  =40*C, if unit submerged, shortterm to 60tJ

设计Design

  The water pressure-tight encapsulated fully flood-proof motor and the pump section form a compact robust unit construction.

Motor： Three-phase  380-415V or single-phase 220-240V 50Hzor 60Hz, Insulationclass F.  protection type IP68,cooled by amply dimensioned cooling areas.

  电机：三相鼠笼式电机380-415V,或单相220-240V,频率为50或60Hz.絶缘等级F级，防护等lP68o

Bearing： The motor shaft is supported in lubricated-for-life maintenance -free ball bearings.

轴承：进口NSK轴承。

  Shaft Sealing between  motor and hydraulic section and motor side by means of high quality  sealing units using two silicon carbide mechanical seals, independent of  direction of rotation and resistant to temperature shock.

机械密封：釆用双道串联式机械密封。

Discharge/出水 口径：MP75-4OO=DN5O with ISO-flange

MP550-750=DN80 with ISO-flangea

Shredding System consisting of spiral bottom plate with  stationary cutter ring with cutting edges and a shredding rotor located  before the impeller for optimum blockage-free running.

水泵部件设计先进合理，水泵叶轮前加装切割旋转刀头，进水口部装固定刃，使被抽吸介质中的杂质在进入叶轮流道之前，被彻底绞碎，无堵塞现象。

TCS— Thermo— Control— System by means of thermal sensor in the stator to  give a warning and switch off the motor in the event of excessive  temperature occurring.

温度过热保护：电机内预置热敏开关，当温度大于135°C时，自动断开，保护电机。

DI—System for Seal Monitoring consisting of an electrode in the oil  chamber and optical and/or acoustic inspection indication should leakage  at the shaft sealing occur.

泄漏监测：油室内安装泄漏监測探头。
